Lets face it, set schedules, counting calories and eating food that taste like chalk isn’t going to propel us to the next level, its going to discourage us, rob our bank accounts and leave us with a nasty taste in our mouths. The diet industry is the most misunderstood and wacky system I have ever seen in my life, companies want to keep you fat or have short burst of weight loss then gain it back so you buy their products multiple times, its sickening. Looking back eating is something we mastered in the early years of man, conquered it by being conscious of our diets and now we are going backwards, back to the caveman days I swear. We have things completely twisted, Instead of going to the source of the problem(the food) we take supplements/medication to do it for us. Its all apart of the microwave mentality and its something that is going to be the motivator to change in our society or be the death of us.
We are clearly making loosing weight too complicated. It can simply be put (in most cases) what goes in our body stays in our body. Its really easy to understand, to diet you must do the opposite of how you got overweight in the first place. It all comes down to the food. The food didn’t jump into your mouth, we decided to put it there and then in hand(literally), overeat! The thing we believe is everyone is the same, we need a set schedule for eating cause our bodies are always on a constant track. Lies lies lies, we don’t always do the same work in a day to deserve the same amount of nutrition. We must expose the lies to see the truth, and this my friends is a big barrel of them. If you don’t feel like coming down, loosing weight and breaking those habits today then just stop reading now, you must want to loose the weight you have gained to fully apply yourself, this isn’t a one foot in and one foot out approach. But I sincerely want you to try this experiment with me..
This blog is a way of giving my observations and advice/awareness but also its a place to share valuable information to help empower your life. This article is full of empowerment that WILL fuel you to the desired weight you want to be at and give you a fresh start of feeling good again. Me and my wife have been trying this new “diet” as an experiment, the good news is I am already seeing great results in myself and I would like to let you guys know more about it, so you can too! Trust me it feels really really fantastic to starting to loose my gut, still eat the foods I love and not even having to step in the gym to exercise.
Okay first off know our reasons for doing this experiment:
- To loose weight
- To have more energy(not crashing at work)
- To think more clearly(not having your mind and day flooded/controlled by food)
- To look a lot better(physically)
- To feel a lot better(mentally)
- To be more conscious(to be more aware)
- To improve your digestion(staying healthy)
- To get back to being in control of your health and not have food be in control of you!
How/Rules. Okay these rules are whats giving me RESULTS so far so id say stick to these as much as possible but as you go you can adapt and make up your own modifications to them with what suits your life better:
- Only eat half of your normal portion of food, if you are used to eating 2 hamburgers eat 1 etc
- Only eat when your hungry, this means don’t shove your face if you just recently ate or you just don’t feel any growling going on yet. Eating is done strictly when you want food and you shouldn’t be dictated on when to eat just because your friend is hungry etc. Its all about you and how your body feels.
- As you eat evaluate yourself by asking yourself questions. At first this is done by you but eventually is almost automatic. If your still a bit hungry eat a little bit more and so on, then ask yourself again “Am I satisfied?” Do this by eating slow. If you are still hungry even after eating a normal portion, well your just going to have to fight it and just realize your body is already missing the intake you used to give it. This will fade with time.
- Eat several little snacks throughout the day as needed, do this to break up your hunger and provide you with energy to keep you going. I know if I go too long without something I feel like my blood sugar is gong down, so grab yourself something like a cookie or candy bar.
- With this diet you can eat anything you like
- Absolutely no exercise, meaning don’t go to the gym strictly stick to this method so you can see what kind of results you are getting thus far.
- As you see this is strictly a way to get the fat off you accumulated over the years by over eating.
This secret to loosing weight may be very obvious but it makes complete sense and people usually don’t realize the power of eating less really has on your body. This is the least walked path because it just makes too much sense. It can solve a lot of your problems. Better digestion, better looking externally, feel better internally, more energy, not subconscious about your weight, you don’t have to buy a supplement, no drugs involved and no exercise. It sounds too easy right?
I bet your wondering where the catch is, actually there is no catch and no fancy products to buy, its all 100% designed how thing were meant to be before you made food more than what it is intended for.
At first eating like this is hard don’t get me wrong. Overeating may be something you did your whole life and when you have trends in doing things for years its going to be hard to break, but you will. All you have to do is just believe in yourself and in the truths below: Whenever you get the urge to over eat remember these truths.
- Over eating isn’t going to do anything for you, Its actually going to hurt you
- You aren’t an animal you should know when enough is enough.
- Enjoying things in small quantities makes things more enjoyable, as you don’t get sick of them.
- know that the goal in eating is to do two things, provide your body with nutrition and vital energy that’s it, there is no benefits to storing food in your body. You aren’t a hamster
- If you consume a lot of something your body gets backed up. It can no longer digest your food smoothly either making you sick.
- You don’t need all that food, its not going to provide you with anything extra, you aren’t going to starve trust me. The average body can go 40 days without eating, so you cutting your portions isn’t going to kill you
- Loosing weight is all about doing the opposite of what you did to gain the weight. You must eat less to gain more in life
My mentality that I was using for years was that I have to finish everything on my plate to not be wasteful. As a kid this is the common trend your parents give you. If you feel like your going to be wasteful by only eating half of your food then simply only order or make half! That way you have the other half for tomorrow or the next day. Its also cheaper, getting a half a sub is a lot cheaper than getting a full, I’m talking a difference of at least 4-5 dollars. So once more, another pro, financially this diet is good because you are going to be saving money, and that my friend is always in style.
The real truth is, it gets easier as you do it and stick with it. Its only been about 2 weeks for me and I have already noticed that I now am starting to get full off of eating half of what i normally ate, and I may half that if necessary.
The good thing about this diet is, it works pretty quickly and yet steady, without starving yourself or depriving you of your favorite foods. I feel this is where a lot of diets fail! People get sick of eating food that doesn’t taste like anything, so the whole thing is short lived and they give up. Well the good thing about this is, its not a diet, Its a lifestyle awareness per say. Its your chance to get more conscious of the habits your adopting so you can create more effective ones.
What to expect:
- One thing I currently am experiencing is getting full quick, which is a beautiful thing.
- Along with getting full quick my stomach has seemed to shrink already
- I have noticed at night I get more hungry, you will probably notice this as well, I try not to eat after 8pm but it happens sometimes
- People will notice you weight loss
- I have noticed better sleep, perhaps I am getting more REM sleep now due to the loss of fat! Regardless I feel like a kid again
- You will feel back in control of your life, and motivated with I CAN and I WILL
No need to change your current life schedule because there is no working out involved with this. Your custom eating schedule is all defined on what you(your body) wants when it want it. This is how your body is intended to be.
Wow that this turned out to be a long post but I feel that this will be one of my greatest posts! Thank you for bearing with me and reading this far! In review, as we learned, the mindset of eating till your completely full is faulty. It is rather a prehistoric mentality. You simply just intake less and you will get the results you are looking for. Once you lost the initial weight and you are good with this diet, I would encourage you to start exercise and improve the results even more(if desired). I’m going to start exercising soon after I loose my desired weight too! Bottom line, I don’t know what more I could add to the benefits side to this diet, the pros are off the Richter scale! I will keep you updated on this with a follow-up post in the coming weeks. If you are seriously wanting to give this a try, Give it a good 2-3 weeks. I say this because once you make it that long you are going to know the methods that works best for you and you will be empowered by the weight you already lost, fueling you to the finish line!

Some good ideas. As an older person, I would like to mention that my most successful diet was an attempt to REVERSE the SLOWING of my bodies metabolism as it aged. I got more active, and ate apples several times during the day. The apples were an attempt to snack, adding calories slowly, during the day so that my body had no reason to believe that I was dieting.
A body slows its metabolism as you age. A body slows its metabolism when you diet.
– Try to fool it is my advice. Otherwise, if you slip back into your old eating habits, you’ll gain more than you lost….. Just a thought!
